Homeschool Studio

DETAILS

Eeeep! I'm excited to offer this new studio time for kiddos with non-traditional school schedules. Each week we will look to art history for inspiration, learn new techniques, and (most importantly) make art through play. Freedom to play and experiment is the perfect way for kids to exercise their creative muscles and develop artistic confidence. Playful, child-led artistic practice boosts a child’s narrative and writing skills, strengthens their vocabulary, and engages their brains in higher-level thinking. It allows them to ask question, generate ideas, and problem-solve – individually and in collaboration with their peers. ••• This series takes place at Art Salvage (610 E North Foothills Dr), not my home studio. All payment and questions should be directed to me brooke@earthlingsart.com. ••• • Tuesdays, November 3 - December 15 (7 workshops) • 10:30am - noon • Best suited for kids ages 5+ years old • Parents must remain on-site and are invited to work on their own projects, creative or otherwise, while the children are in their creative flow. • Flexible pricing makes Earthlings accessible to more families. Please choose the pricing that is right for your situation. • Full price: $175 per artist // Partial scholarship: $100 per artist // Full Scholarship: $1
